Meet The Team
Hydrobot Return & Warranty Policy At Hydrobot, we are committed to providing top-quality parts and components. Every unit is thoroughly tested before shipment. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. All Hydrobot products are backed by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience any problems during this period, please notify us immediately. To be considered for warranty coverage, the unit must be returned freight prepaid to our facility for inspection. If the issue is determined to be covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the unit at no cost. If a replacement is not possible, full credit will be issued. Be sure to include the Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#) with your return, and ship the item freight prepaid. Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to units that have been disassembled, repaired by unauthorized parties, or damaged due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or tampering. It also does not cover any loss or expenses related to downtime. Operating the unit outside of the manufacturer’s specifications will void the warranty. Returns of painted materials are subject to an additional restocking fee. Returns for Unused, Non-Defective Items If you need to return an unused, non-defective item, please contact our sales team within 10 days of delivery to request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA#). Returns must be shipped freight prepaid with the RGA# clearly referenced on the packing list. A 50% restocking fee will apply to all such returns. Important Return Guidelines To avoid damage during transit, please ensure all items are properly packaged. Bag or box all sub-assemblies separately Cap all ports to prevent contamination All returns must include a valid RGA#. RGA#s are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
